Senior Project Manager, Pharma Agency

• Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans • Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources • Act as liaison/communications hub between agency team members and agency partners • Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned accounts • Manage effective workflow of all projects on assigned accounts • Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget • Work with Creative Services Manager to manage creative resources • Communicate openly with all departments, providing status updates • Analyze and recommend process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions **REQUIRED**
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency **(REQUIRED)**
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management required
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
