• Design and develop Salesforce Order Management (OMS) features including order lifecycle, fulfillment orchestration, inventory visibility, returns, and cancellations • Build and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio components where applicable • Implement event‐driven and API‐based integrations with upstream and downstream systems (Commerce, ERP, WMS, Inventory services) • Collaborate with Functional and Solution Architects to translate functional designs into technical implementations • Contribute to low‐level design (LLD) and ensure alignment with enterprise integration and security standards • Own technical delivery of stories end‐to‐end, including development, unit testing, and deployment • Write unit tests to meet Salesforce code coverage and quality standards • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of OMS solutions • Support SIT, UAT, and production releases, including defect triage and fixes • Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines) • Support multi‐environment deployments (DEV → SIT → UAT → PROD)

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and cloud migration projects • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Monitor project progress and identify risks • Ensure compliance with data governance policies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide guidance on web and app tracking • Implement consent management platforms • Support marketing teams with measurement requirements • Collaborate with IT and data teams • Develop HTML templates

• Design AWS-based cloud solutions with a focus on scalability, security, resilience, and cost efficiency. • Adapt and evolve the standard architecture to address new business requirements, technology capabilities, and regulatory demands. • Establish governance, security, and compliance controls for citizen-developed applications. • Support platform onboarding, adoption, and operational excellence. • Drive architecture reviews, technology standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with business, IT, security, and platform teams to align solutions with strategic objectives.

• Rearchitect performance critical functionality to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure strong scalability and performance • Drive performance testing • Investigate performance related limitations to find both short and long term improvements and necessary changes • Implementation of future architectural enhancements of the platform • Development of the platform to meet the standards of performance and scalability expectations • Collaborating with Senior Architects to take ownership and drive key initiatives

• Provide L3 support for Temenos Infinity platform • Troubleshoot APIs and resolve issues in production environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration with core banking systems • Engage in incident management and contribute to problem resolution • Work on CI/CD tasks and manage releases

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Ariba projects • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality • Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders • Drive procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing and supplier management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants and technical teams • Ensure successful integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S/4HANA systems • Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure smooth project execution • Support change management and user adoption

• Lead IAM or identity governance projects • Manage cross-functional teams • Deliver IAM projects on time and within budget • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
