Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership directly to pharmacists-in-charge (PICs) across multiple locations • Responsible for all pharmacy operational matters at these facilities including performance management metrics • Manage PICs directly for multiple facilities across the organization, including ensuring employees’ performance is in compliance with regulatory requirements • Establish the strategic vision, objectives, policies and procedures for the pharmacy program in support of the corporate strategic vision • Manage and analyze operating costs and participate in preparing the annual budget for the assigned work function at both corporate and the health plans • Formulate and ensure adherence with policies, operating procedures and goals in compliance with internal and external governing bodies • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate resolution and root cause analysis for cross-functional operational issues, including pharmacy audit, pharmacy communications and network pricing • Oversee the development and management of pharmacy communication, support and coordinate orientation, education and training activities for providers in the pharmacy network
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or related field
- 8+ years of health care operations management experience
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff
- Current state’s Pharmacist license

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be required to drive operational excellence throughout the technology organisation by executing a high standard of day-to-day operational support of Enterprise & Cyber Services (E&CS) services provided to the Element business. This function is integral to the success of Service Operations as a whole. The role will be working in a TOC (Technology Operations Centre) environment, responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and taking restorative actions as defined in published KB articles, and ensuring the delivery and availability of ALL services within the Element business. The IT Operations Analyst will report directly to the regional OCC/NOC Lead. Hours required for the role: This position has a rotational schedule. • Serve as the strategic nexus between Finance, IT, and engineering teams, driving financial accountability and cost efficiency across our global cloud footprint. • Leverage data-driven insights and governance frameworks to optimize cloud investments, enable transparent chargeback models, and support mission-critical programs with scalable, cost-effective solutions. • Aggregate, normalize, and analyze multi-cloud consumption data (AWS, Azure, GCP) to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reports on cloud spend, forecast accuracy, and cost allocation. • Partner with Finance and business unit leaders to establish rolling cloud budgets, consumption forecasts, and variance analyses. • Implement and enforce FinOps governance policies, tagging standards, and budget guardrails to ensure adherence to organizational financial controls. • Design, deploy, and continuously refine chargeback and showback mechanisms that allocate cloud costs to product lines and projects, driving ownership and accountability. • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to execute rightsizing, Reserved Instance/Savings Plan procurement, spot-instance strategies, and automated shutdown schedules. • Act as the subject-matter expert to advise senior leadership on cloud financial implications of new services, migration patterns, and emerging technologies. • Facilitate FinOps training workshops and working sessions to embed best practices across global technical teams.
