• Lead the discovery and evolution of digital products, identifying opportunities and transforming complex problems into simple, scalable solutions; • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for initiatives under your responsibility, aligning business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility; • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and ensure high-impact deliveries; • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product decisions; • Define success metrics, monitor results, and promote continuous learning and optimization cycles; • Develop hypotheses, experiments, and tests to validate solutions before major investments; • Communicate context, direction, and results to different audiences across the organization; • Act as a product management reference within the squad, promoting best practices in discovery, prioritization, and execution.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, leading relevant products or digital initiatives;
- Experience defining and tracking product and business metrics;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, and Data;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels;
- Proven track record in prioritizing demands and managing roadmaps;
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

• Lead new data product development projects and support continuous improvement • Be the “Voice of the Customer” for our client and internal reporting needs • Understand our clients, the market, and competitive and compliance landscapes • Gather and analyse user data to define data product specifications • Validate that new features and product improvements meet the needs of the clients and stakeholders • Write and refine concise requirements/ user stories with acceptance criteria that convey the vision of what needs to be built • Initiate and foster strong relationships with stakeholders and internal clients • Prioritise and communicate the data product backlog based on the overall strategy, business objectives and deadlines • Support the development and UAT phases of the projects as required • Demo, communicate and evangelise the new product features both internally and externally • Reflect on outputs and outcomes to suggest improvements that contribute towards the overall product vision and strategy for M3 EU
