• Build and maintain strong partnerships with audiologists, ENT specialists, rehabilitation centers patient associations and hearing care providers • Support clinics with candidate identification and follow-up activities • Partner with Sales teams to deliver targeted clinic initiatives and events • Plan and coordinate professional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns • Guide candidates through the full hearing implant journey with clear, timely, and empathetic communication • Provide tailored information and support to enable informed decision-making • Manage inbound enquiries and ensure a high-quality candidate experience • Support local consumer events and information sessions • Track and manage candidate interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Collaborate with candidate communities to drive engagement and awareness • Execute local DTC and DTP activities to generate qualified leads • Partner with Marketing (CE & EMEA) to deliver effective local campaigns (online & offline) • Ensure all activities align with brand, compliance, and quality standards • Support localization of marketing materials for the Swiss market • Coordinate local processes along the candidate journey • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting • Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, event performance) and identify optimization opportunities • Share insights and feedback with regional teams • Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (optimal University degree)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in medical devices, hearing care, or life sciences is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High level of empathy and confidence interacting with both patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-up and time management

  • German: Fluent
  • English: Good working proficiency
  • French: Basic knowledge

The average day in the life of a Pie Underwriter involves a high volume of daily transactions ranging from making underwriting decisions to issuing a certificate of insurance. How You’ll Do It - Leverage workers’ compensation or commercial insurance underwriting expertise to assess medium to complex risks in order to underwrite and bind new and renewal coverage. - Quickly and effectively decide each request through the use of Pie’s underwriting guidelines and known risk exposures and loss frequency and severity. - Achieve profitable growth through appropriate risk evaluation while building and maintaining outstanding payroll partner customer relationships. - Prioritize and resolve payroll partner customer inquiries for documentation or support. - Provides technical assistance to the payroll partner sales team and customers regarding policy and endorsement provisions and underwriting acceptability for designated insurance coverages. - Maintain strong industry knowledge on commercial insurance underwriting expertise and changes in market/account positions.
