Role Description Intertek, Multinational Company in ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certificate) is seeking an AIES Sales Champion to lead the commercial development of Asset Integrity Engineering Services (AIES) across Europe. The selected profile will be the primary commercial interface between Intertek’s Integrity Manager / Technical Subject Matter Experts and the local Sales teams, who require guidance, training, and support to position AIES services effectively across multiple industries. The AIES Sales Champion is responsible for driving revenue, building market awareness, and enabling the wider Sales organization to identify, qualify, and close opportunities in Asset Integrity Engineering. Examples of services include but are not limited to: - Mechanical Integrity - FFS - RBI - Corrosion Engineering - Structural Integrity - Life Extension Support - IDMS system implementation Responsibilities: - Lead the commercial growth of AIES services across Europe, targeting industries such as Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Generation incl. renewables, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Mining, Utilities, etc. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for AIES, including multi-site and multi-country accounts. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned with AIES capabilities and strategic priorities. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical-commercial discussions with engineering managers, plant managers, integrity teams, and procurement. - Act as the go-to AIES Sales expert for all Intertek Sales teams across Europe. - Coach and mentor local Sales teams to understand AIES services, value propositions, and client pain points. - Support Sales teams in opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, and deal closure. - Translate technical AIES concepts into clear commercial messages that non-technical salespeople can use confidently. - Develop strong relationships with key clients, positioning Intertek as a trusted partner for integrity engineering. - Understand client challenges related to asset integrity, reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational risk. - Work closely with the Integrity Manager and Technical SMEs to shape client-specific solutions, scope projects, define deliverables, and prepare technical-commercial proposals; ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with AIES capabilities. - Represent AIES at industry events, conferences, and client workshops. - Provide market intelligence on client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in integrity engineering. - Support the integration of Intertek’s Aware IDMS into client proposals and service packages. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Civil/Structural) or equivalent technical field. - Minimum 10 years of total experience in B2B technical sales, business development, or commercial roles in industrial sectors. - Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in AIES sales. - Proven track record selling engineering services, inspection services, asset integrity, reliability, or related technical solutions. - Previous hands-on experience in Asset Integrity field is a strong advantage.
