Job Requirements
- 1–3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento masivo (ideal: sector salud/homecare + mercado USA)
- Profesional en RRHH, Administración o carreras afines (obligatorio)
- Inglés avanzado (C1) con excelente comunicación
- Habilidades en retención de talento y engagement
- Manejo de herramientas HR y paquete Office
- Alta organización y capacidad multitarea
- Actitud proactiva, dinámica y orientada a resultados
