• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. • Partner closely with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment between hiring plans, workforce strategies, and organizational priorities. • Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to inform workforce decisions. • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, from intake to offer and close. • Drive fast and efficient hiring processes, ensuring time‑to‑fill targets are met without compromising quality. • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles. • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement. • champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. • Lead offer discussions and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and HR/P&C teams.
- Strong experience using recruitment analytics and data to drive decisions and results.
- Demonstrated success managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining speed and quality.
- Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
