Title: HR Communications Consultant Location: Oklahoma City United States Job Description: Human Resources acuteContractor LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, stable client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an HR Communications consultant position. This is a contract position, expected to last a minimum of 6 months to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership and corporate communications to drive employee engagement, strengthen employer branding, and deliver impactful messaging across multiple channels. This is a highly visible, project-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys blending strategy with hands-on execution. This is a hybrid remote position, standard work hours Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute PR, marketing, and communication strategies for both internal and external audiences - Create and manage content across multiple channels including web, email, print, video, and in-person communications - Support internal culture and engagement initiatives, including colleague relations and employer branding efforts - Coordinate communication projects such as editorial calendars, video production, photo shoots, and IT-related messaging - Partner with cross-functional teams to support Employer of Choice initiatives and employee engagement programs - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify branding and communication opportunities - Collaborate with corporate communications on external messaging, including recruiting campaigns, social media, and digital marketing content - Assist with development of brand assets and multimedia content (video, web, social, etc.) Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or related field - Experience working with a content management system (CMS) for website updates - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple mediums - Experience supporting both internal communications and external branding initiatives - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred - Experience supporting HR or internal communications teams - Background in employer branding or employee engagement initiatives - Exposure to video, digital marketing, or multimedia content development If interested in the above position, please apply today! Role Description Looking to join a team coordinating care and services to support patients in their own home? We have a 6-month contract on a full-time opportunity available to work within the SA Community Care (SACC) program. In this virtual role, you’ll sit at the centre of the care journey, connecting patients, families, and providers to ensure care is coordinated, timely, and genuinely patient-centred.
