Become our next HSO super star by delivering excellent telephone service to assist WA public hospitals to manage their outpatient appointments at certain specialties/clinics. As a Health Support officer, you will act as the first point of contact for patients who wish to cancel and/or reschedule their appointments, update contact details, and provide general information regarding outpatient appointments. This is a Permanent – Full time (37.5 hours a week) and Work from Home role which require you to have fast, reliable internet and appropriate workspace to ensure privacy whilst working. We will provide you with the equipment, training and support you need to succeed in your role. Shifts are 8 hrs and will be scheduled across our operating hours of 7.30am-5.30pm WST, Monday to Friday, so flexibility to work across these hours will be key. This role will commence on 2nd June 2026 with 2 weeks full time face to face training (8:30am – 4:30pm). After training you will move to your full time roster working from home from 15th June 2026. About you You will have minimum 1 year experience working in a high demand customer service/call centre inbound service (preferable in Health Care setting / Medical-clinical reception), with a strong motivation for delivering excellent and efficient customer service by building quick rapport and convey empathy with callers over the phone. You are a computer and tech savvy and you feel completely comfortable navigating different screens and software and picking up new systems.
