• As a Senior Creative Designer for Growth, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual strategies that drive user engagement and platform adoption for OG.com. • Rapidly ideate, design, and produce premium paid and social content for X, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. • Use advanced AI tools to streamline creative ideation, asset generation, and production lifecycles. • Partner with the Growth and Creative teams to analyze asset performance, turning data insights into fresh, optimized creative iterations. • Spearhead the execution of premium paid and social content for US and EU markets.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house creative growth team or a modern, high-output digital environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates performance creative (ads, social, hooks) over pure conceptual branding.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Full-Cycle Autonomy (Ideation + Execution): You are an all-rounded creative who is equally strong at high-level concept ideation and hands-on, technical execution.
- Proven experience working comfortably in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment.
