Job Requirements
- abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischer Ausrichtung, idealerweise aus dem Bereich der Messtechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen B2B-Produkten
- technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis, sowie sehr hohe Kundenorientierung
- ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Verhandlungsstärke, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten, gerne und erfolgreich nätzwerken

Role Description As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our marketing team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact on the future of sustainable agriculture. Tasks Your Challenge - Lead Generation & Qualification - Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels. - Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement. - Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners. - Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors. - Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates. - Sales Process Support - Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings. - Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline. - CRM & Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive). - Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools. - Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. - Nurture data in ABM lists. - Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.
