Role Description As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our marketing team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact on the future of sustainable agriculture. Tasks Your Challenge - Lead Generation & Qualification - Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels. - Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement. - Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners. - Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors. - Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates. - Sales Process Support - Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings. - Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline. - CRM & Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive). - Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools. - Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. - Nurture data in ABM lists. - Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information. Qualifications - Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus! - Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value clearly. - Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building. - Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work setting. - Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus. Role Description Our Technical Pre-Sales Architect (SAP) is an essential pre-sales customer-facing role within the Global Revenue Organization, partnering with prospects and clients to drive a mutual understanding of FloQast’s vast integration ecosystem. This role directly engages with our customer’s IT, Financial Systems Admins, and other end-users, answering questions, consulting, and selling on best practices around integrations that span ERPs, Cloud Storage, SSO, Communication Tools, other Financial systems, and more. This team player collaborates closely with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Account Managers on late-stage opportunities and will be the face of FloQast when talking to the customer’s IT counterparts.
