• Own the development of add-ins and integrations within our agentic platform. • Collaborate with partners and lead the integration development process. • Make technical decisions and take ownership of integration projects with third parties. • Participate in weekly all-hands meetings, development meetings, partner calls, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and customer calls.

• The Junior Partnerships Manager works directly alongside the Strategic Partnerships Lead and is responsible for operationalizing the partner ecosystem at Synera. • The person owns the preparation for partner meetings, develops and iterates collaboration models (joint GTM, partner delivery models, co-selling mechanics), and builds the internal processes that connect partners to the right Synera colleagues (AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers) at the right moment. • They track partner activities, deal registrations, invited discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts and synthesize this into actionable reporting. • Over time, they become the operational backbone of the partnerships function, enabling it to scale.
• Partner with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and the CRO to drive revenue growth and support strategic deals. • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored demos, workflows, and technical presentations. • Design and deliver compelling live demonstrations that showcase the real-world impact of Synera. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer adoption. • Inspire engineers and engineering leaders by showing how automation can transform their workflows. • Continuously learn from customers and share insights with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• You'll own the development of add-ins and integrations within our agentic platform. • You'll be the first dedicated technical member of our new Marketplace team. • You'll work closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to define the marketplace roadmap and relations with software partners. • You'll work with a wide range of technologies – CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI. • You'll make technical decisions and own integration projects with 3rd parties from end to end. • You deliver customer-facing value regularly through integration projects. • You will mentor peers and contribute to architecture and product decisions.
• You'll be joining Kacey and the Marketing team as Synera's first dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer. • You'll build the content, the narratives, and the reusable assets that make this possible across every channel and touchpoint. • You'll own product messaging end-to-end and work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners. • Join the all-hands, then sync with Kacey and the CPO to align on the latest product capability updates. • Interview a technical SME about a new simulation use case before heading to your Claude projects to turn your notes into a messaging doc. • Review a competitive analysis and incorporate feedback in a battlecard.
• You'll be joining Kacey and the Marketing team as Synera's first dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer. • You'll build the content, the narratives, and the reusable assets that make this possible across every channel and touchpoint. • You'll own product messaging end-to-end and work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners across website, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events. • In 6 months: You're a Synera super user; a clear product marketing content engine is established with reusable assets across video, one-pagers, product web pages, slides, and blogs. • In 12 months: Your campaigns are producing predictable pipeline; all our customers know you and you have a clear vision for how each of their successes will help achieve our marketing objectives.
