Inside Sales – Civil Engineering & Architecture

Vobi (YC W22)

• Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (clients who have already expressed interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing. • Manage and monitor leads within the sales funnel, identifying needs and tracking performance. • Deliver product demonstrations and follow up on proposals. • Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from potential clients and proposing alternatives to increase conversion. • Respond to potential clients via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them. • Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious, investigative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Empathy to understand and guide clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes in the role
  • Experience with SaaS (a plus)
  • Experience in the construction sector (desirable)
