Role Description The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by selling and educating customers on Metagenics products and services via digital and telephone contact with a key focus in growing accounts using the Fullscript platform and becoming an expert in using the platform. This position will have a primary responsibility for maintaining or growing accounts to which he/she is assigned by contacting HCP offices and will be accountable for new account development for themselves and the outside field sales team. This position will have daily/weekly call activity metrics assigned, new account development goals, and total sales target goals. In addition, the Inside Sales Representative will recruit customers for Metagenics educational events and other Metagenics sponsored events. This position will also support selected marketing and customer service programs depending on the business need. Key Responsibilities - Own Fullscript account activation and growth by onboarding and supporting HCPs, driving protocol penetration, and leveraging a deep, working knowledge of Fullscript capabilities, tools, and workflows to maximize adoption and sales impact. - Serve as the Fullscript subject-matter expert for assigned accounts, confidently educating practitioners on platform functionality, promotions, and merchandising opportunities while managing outbound sales activity to meet Fullscript revenue targets. - Meet or exceed daily, monthly and quarterly call quotas, educational presentations, and increasing protocol usage for your accounts by making outbound sales calls to customers. - Maintain low level accounts while positioning high potential accounts for transition to outside sales. - Meet or exceed specified call quotas for special programs such as support for marketing and recruitment for Metagenics events. - Follow up on requests or questions from accounts in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records in CRM for sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities. - Solicit outside assistance as needed for account education, such as sessions with the sales training or Medical Information teams. - Complete all training modules and e-learning as assigned. - Demonstrate consistent progress in increasing technical knowledge regarding Metagenics products and Fullscript platform. - Conduct educational presentations on Metagenics products for accounts via Teams Meetings or other virtual meeting platforms. - Provide exceptional client service to existing clients, offices, and clinics through outbound calls, inbound calls, being responsive to requests, identifying needs and offering solutions to program issues. - Develop relationships and increase sales volumes by expanding the accounts’ knowledge of Metagenics product offerings. - Qualify opportunities by utilizing reports within CRM. - Review key reports and data in order to create accounts plans. - Communicate technical product knowledge that allows an effective sales presentation via phone calls and sales tools. - Ensure that information provided to the internal and external customers is complete, accurate and timely. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics. - Attend occasional professional events and sales meetings as requested by your manager. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred in science related field. - Minimum 2 years Inside Sales or Outside Sales experience. - Degree in nutrition or related field is a plus.
