• Conduzir vendas consultivas com leads inbound (clientes que já demonstraram interesse na plataforma), entendendo a fundo as necessidades de cada negócio e guiando o processo até o fechamento • Administrar e acompanhar leads dentro do funil de vendas, entendendo as necessidades e fazendo o acompanhamento da performance • Realizar demonstrações e acompanhamento das propostas • Auxiliar o time de Marketing e Produto, colhendo feedbacks dos potenciais clientes e buscando alternativas para aumentar a conversão • Atender potenciais clientes através dos nossos canais de atendimento (WhatsApp, e-mail, chat, entre outros) e fazer follow-ups para convertê-los • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time para alcançar as metas de vendas e faturamento da empresa

• Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (customers who have already shown interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing; • Manage and track leads within the sales funnel, identifying needs and monitoring performance; • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals; • Assist the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from potential clients and seeking ways to increase conversion; • Respond to potential customers via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them; • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

• Ensure the best possible experience for customers, from onboarding through daily adoption, proactively providing guidance for optimal use of the platform; • Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines, and communications with our new customers; • Support the product team in the platform's continuous improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value; • Monitor KPIs and prevent churn across the customer portfolio; • Identify more efficient ways to unblock customers' implementation journeys, using technology, automation, and AI to accelerate adoption and reduce friction during implementation.

• Garantir a melhor experiência aos clientes, do onboarding à adoção diária, fornecendo informações proativas para o melhor uso da plataforma; • Realizar o onboarding, rotinas de acompanhamento e comunicação com os nossos novos clientes; • Auxiliar o time de produto na melhoria contínua da plataforma, colhendo feedbacks dos clientes e buscando alternativas para aumentar o engajamento e valor entregue; • Monitorar KPIs e evitar o churn da carteira de clientes; • Buscar formas mais eficientes de destravar a jornada de implantação dos clientes, utilizando tecnologia, automação e IA para acelerar a adoção e reduzir fricções na implementação.

• Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat • Serve as the internal focal point for resolving client-related challenges • Triage incoming tickets and carefully analyze requests, assessing whether they need to be escalated to other teams and prioritizing urgency • Manage internal communication to minimize customer response time • Assist with operational procedures related to implementing the tool for clients • Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to foster loyalty • Propose improvements to internal routines and suggest actions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience • Work to evolve support processes through the use of AI
