Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of commercial experience to join one of our biggest and key projects from Canada. Please note that this role requires regular business trips to Toronto. Qualifications - 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce (with at least 4+ years in a solution architect/technical lead role). - Hands-on expertise across Force.com platform limits, Apex (triggers, batch, async), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce DX & CI/CD. - Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and delivery. - Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations, including complex integrations and large data volume handling. - Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, as well as presentation skills. - At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English. Requirements - Nice to have: Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, AMPscript). - CRM Analytics / Data Cloud. - MuleSoft / iPaaS integrations. - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect track). Responsibilities - Own solution design and technical architecture for Salesforce implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, custom Lightning apps, Marketing Cloud, and integrations. - Engage in frequent meetings with a wide range of stakeholders — business owners, product managers, administrators, architects, QA, and client-side teams — to gather and clarify requirements, align on priorities and scope, facilitate design discussions, present technical solutions and trade-offs, and report on delivery progress and risks. - Translate business needs into technical designs and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Design and deliver enterprise solutions across Sales/Service Cloud, custom Lightning apps, Marketing Cloud, and integrations. - Define development standards and best practices, conduct code reviews, mentor the team, own architecture/design and release management (DevOps, CI/CD), and ensure code quality, governor-limit optimization, and on-time, high-quality delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
