• Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and scheduling • Coordinate personal errands, purchases, and lifestyle logistics when needed • Build structured schedules around events, conferences, and travel commitments • Act as a trusted right hand to reduce cognitive load for the founder • Join internal meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through • Track tasks across teams and proactively follow up on deadlines • Maintain structured reporting and centralized information flow • Bring clarity and organization across communications and workflows • Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and market research • Support e-commerce operations when needed (orders, customer flow, execution tasks) • Coordinate with team members across departments to drive progress • Ensure documentation, reports, and updates are clear, concise, and actionable • Manage executive inbox and prioritize communications • Draft responses and ensure follow-up on key threads • Maintain structured tracking of invoices, confirmations, and business correspondence
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ years supporting founders, executives, or leadership teams
- Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, agencies, or digital-first businesses preferred
- Proven project coordination or operations experience
- Strong exposure to remote team environments
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, self-directed, and fast-learning
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Methodical thinker who brings clarity to complex workflows
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
- Energized, execution-driven, and adaptable
