• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and executive-level roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized talent pools. • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and structured interviews. • Partner directly with senior leaders and executives to define role requirements and hiring strategy. • Provide guidance on compensation benchmarks, market insights, and candidate expectations. • Manage competing priorities and ensure timely progress across multiple searches. • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. • Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key and recurring roles. • Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets. • Own candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines. • Meet recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire. • Draft and manage offer letters, ensuring accuracy of compensation details, inclusion of required compliance language, and proper approvals prior to issuance.
• Design and implement standardized recruiting and onboarding processes • Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and improve candidate experience • Optimize ATS and HR systems, including integrations with key platforms • Develop and track recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics • Use data, automation, and AI to improve processes and decision-making • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive execution • Support implementation, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (300–500 calls per week) to property owners, operators, and decision-makers. • Follow a structured sales framework to clearly communicate Proper’s value proposition. • Identify key stakeholders, navigate gatekeepers, and adjust outreach strategies as needed. • Engage prospects in professional, rapport-building conversations to generate interest and credibility. • Accurately log all call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system. • Collaborate with sales leadership to qualify leads and improve outreach performance. • Represent Proper’s brand with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication standards in every interaction.
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive teams across Proper, Guardian, and Livly. • Manage complex calendar scheduling, including business meetings, personal commitments, and travel. • Coordinate corporate meetings, executive team sessions, and cross-company events. • Prepare and manage weekly executive team recaps and communications. • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and resolving issues. • Screen and manage email communications, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Maintain contact databases and communication systems. • Manage domestic and international travel planning, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Track and manage travel credits, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency. • Reconcile corporate and personal credit card expenses (Amex, Brex). • Support CRM management (Salesforce) and operational tracking where required. • Manage personal appointments, calendars, and scheduling needs. • Coordinate personal activities, including family events, weekend planning, and reservations. • Utilize and manage systems including Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and travel platforms.
• Manage complex scheduling, including internal and external meetings, calls, and events across multiple time zones. • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. • Support event planning for leadership meetings, board sessions, and special projects. • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise. • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and follow-ups. • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive company and personal information. • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Adapt seamlessly between multiple companies and business priorities, handling shifting demands with professionalism. • Be available during evenings or weekends when urgent CEO support is required. • Utilize technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
