• Mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes y consolidar éticamente productos farmacéuticos con rentabilidad, liderazgo y productividad. • Establecer Planes de Acción para maximizar la productividad y potencial territorial: análisis de la situación territorial, evaluación territorial, participación y crecimientos versus competidores, KPI’s, acciones de los competidores. • Definir e implementar acciones y/o inversiones necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos. • Evaluación y seguimiento en el impacto en los resultados de la zona. • Alcanzar y mantener un nivel óptimo de conocimientos de productos, competidores, patologías y proceso de ventas. • Sostener e incrementar la imagen de compañía líder al cuidado de la salud. • Realizar visita hospitalaria promocionando los productos bajo su responsabilidad. • Fidelización de clientes e identificación de clientes potenciales, así como líderes de opinión presentes y futuros. • Puesta en marcha y seguimiento a las actividades orientadas a la venta. • Implementar estrategias comerciales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad. • Establecer relaciones con una amplia base de contactos relativos al cuidado de la salud de los pacientes centrándose en las necesidades de estos. • Crear, mantener y ampliar las ventas de su zona. • Proveer servicios e información médico científica. • Conocer en profundidad el perfil de sus productos y los de sus competidores, así como el perfil de sus médicos y pacientes. • Implementar las estrategias de la unidad de negocio.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en posiciones comerciales de venta hospitalaria.
  • Experiencia previa idealmente en Oftalmología.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Residencia en Valladolid o Salamanca.
