• Installeren, inspecteren, onderhouden, repareren en inbedrijfstellen van actuatoren en bijbehorende systemen op locatie. • Voor het opsporen van storingen, repareren, testen en inbedrijfstellen van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Het wijzigen/upgraden van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Uitvoeren van inspecties en status controles van Rotork aandrijvingen. • Mechanische en soms elektrische installatie van aandrijvingen en bijbehorende retrofit aanpassingsonderdelen, montage flenzen en aandrijfassen uitvoeren in de werkplaats. • Dagelijks rapporten van locatiebezoeken van elke opdracht. • Uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen en werkinstructies opstellen. • Af en toe een gedetailleerd kleponderzoek uitvoeren waarbij mechanische gegevens/afmetingen worden verzameld. • Verzorgen van nauwkeurige rapportages en onkostendeclaraties. • Geven van basistrainingen aan klanten indien nodig. • Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij klanten.
• Responsible for all sales related activities for Water & Power opportunities • Develops and maintains relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners • Effectively manages local channel partners (Manufacturer’s Representatives and Distributors) and maximizes performance of these channels • Monitors and pursues project sales as well as service and aftermarket sales at existing customers • First responder to customer needs, while engaging with and assisting the company’s Factory Service Group • Delivers effective reporting / Rotork Customer Engagement (CRM) to ensure data is recorded and shared when needed • Keeps informed about competitive position and actions of competitors • Works in co-operation with Manager and other Area Sales Managers to develop a sales plan aligned with the Company's goals • Responsible for providing regular business forecasts for all products and services • Generates monthly sales reports with the regional sales manager to accurately project a business forecast

• Provide essential service schedules for our customers and their sites • Troubleshoot a variety of technical faults and perform planned maintenance on our products • Identify faults, carry out repairs, and test and modify actuators on site • Mechanical and electrical installation of actuators, as well as retrofit adjustments of components, bases, and drive shafts • Prepare technical reports on site visits for each completed job
