• Diagnose, repair, test, and modify actuators on-site. • Install mechanical and electrical components, including retrofit adaptations. • Complete accurate technical reports for every visit.

• Identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance • Perform mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts • Complete accurate and technical site visit reports for each job • Work independently and as part of a National team of Field Service Technicians providing prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.
• Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners) • Build and maintain a standard catalogue of approved EUC hardware • Gather and validate device requirements with stakeholders across sites • Provide input on device standards, configurations, and deployment plans • Support on-site setup, testing, go-live, and early life support (including travel when needed) • Ensure partner devices (e.g. SI and BI teams) are correctly configured and secure • Troubleshoot issues during deployment to minimise disruption • Produce clear documentation and handover to support teams • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and D365 teams to meet performance and compliance standards
