• Responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base • Increase client engagement with existing software clients • Grow the SaaS client base through new sales • Contact assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales • Nurture and grow relationships while identifying new client opportunities • Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed
• This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base • Increasing client engagement with existing software clients • Growing the SaaS client base through new sales • Conducting greater than 50% of their work outside of their home office • Identifying and securing new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting • Executing all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence • Participating in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed

• Responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base • Increasing client engagement with existing software clients • Growing the SaaS client base through new sales • Calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota • Expected to engage with clients face-to-face approximately 25% of the time • Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs • Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.) • Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed

• Own outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and pipeline generation • Qualify opportunities and create momentum for SAM sales cycles • Deliver compelling messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn cadences • Collaborate with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion strategies • Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and immersion in our platform • Demonstrate performance and consistency across a structured evaluation framework • Exposure to real selling, not just booking meetings—setting you up for success as you transition into the SAM family.
• Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics • Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
