Role Description The Sr. Sales Consultant is a revenue generating role tasked with selling Inova’s services. To succeed in the role, you are expected to hit revenue quotas and expand knowledge through training and self-study to serve the ongoing needs of clients. - Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products - Join and attend networking events and industry specific groups to develop new leads - Update our CRM system (Hubspot) in a timely manner with your daily activities - Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation throughout the new client onboarding process to ensure a successful onboarding for clients - Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and schedule future activities in Hubspot to ensure timely future follow up - Adhere to and live Inova Core Values in daily activities Essential Duties - Follow up with prospects within one business day - Assist implementation with connecting with newly sold clients as needed - Participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings - Attend area tradeshow where we are exhibiting as requested Physical Demands - Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time (desk work) - Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment - Frequent verbal communication via telephone, video conference, and in-person - Prolonged concentration and analysis Requirements - 1 year in a sales role or related experience - Travel: Up to 25% Benefits - The base salary for this position is $70,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. - The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. - The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location. - Learn more about UKG’s benefits and rewards at UKG Benefits . Role Description This position is Remote within the United States. Sells Information Technology (IT) hardware and Managed Service Provider (MSP) support plans over the phone, by email, via web-based presentations, and through in-person trade show and customer site visits to dental offices in an assigned western U.S. territory. Responsible for leveraging advanced sales enablement tools, including Salesforce, Clari, Groove, Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office, and others to manage leads, engage with prospects, and close deals.
