Job Requirements
- Architectures (HLD and LLD) per use case
- ADRs with technical decisions and justifications
- Diagrams (C4, data flow, integrations, security, deployment)
- Data map and lineage (source → transformation → consumption)
- Data classification according to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law)
- Elicit and refine requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Design end-to-end architectures (ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption)
- Evaluate technical alternatives (trade-offs) considering cost, risk, and time-to-market
- Produce architecture artifacts and lead validation sessions
- Build and evolve the Data Map (domains, sources, pipelines, consumers)
- Define data standards and taxonomies (including classification – LGPD)
- Perform domain-oriented conceptual and logical modeling
- Ensure compliance with LGPD requirements (personal data handling, retention, and disposal)
- Support governance and information security practices
- Work closely with Engineering, Platform, Security, Product, and Analytics teams
- Participate in architecture rituals (reviews, committees, ADRs)

Role Description The AI Enhanced Azure Platform Practice Architect I is a mid-level technical role within the Azure Platform and AI practice at TEKsystems Global Services. This individual contributor role is focused on supporting the design, implementation, and delivery of Azure cloud, DevOps, and AI-enhanced solutions under the guidance of senior architects and practice leads. The PA I will work alongside senior team members to deliver client engagements, develop their technical skillset across Azure platform and AI tooling, and progressively take on greater ownership of workstreams. The position is expected to spend approximately 85% of time on delivery support and 15% on internal practice and pre-sales support activities.
