Senior Director – Foundational Transformation, Integration Architecture

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Lead architecture for enterprise-wide, high-impact I&O initiatives • Ensure coordinated execution, proactive risk management, and timely executive decision support • Serve as the architectural and integration authority across various program types • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable infrastructure architectures • Establish integration and separation blueprints for M&A and divestiture programs • Drive consistency and reuse of architectural patterns across programs and regions • Develop and govern execution plans for major transformation programs • Coordinate across platform teams, regional leads, and business stakeholders • Identify and manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives • Surface emerging risks early and facilitate mitigation planning

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, transformation, or enterprise IT program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience leading I&O architecture across M&A integrations or divestitures
  • Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud, data center, network, and enterprise platform domains
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate executive-level architectures, plans, and trade-off memos
  • Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional, cross-regional stakeholders
  • Strong risk identification, escalation, and mitigation discipline
