Role Description The VP, HRBP – Global Finance will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce through strategic workforce planning and the integration of AI technologies. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate business needs into strategic people initiatives that drive organizational success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Strategic Workforce Planning: - Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy that aligns with the business goals and objectives. - Use data-driven insights to forecast workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and create plans to address them. - AI Integration: - Leverage AI technologies to enhance HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. - Use AI to analyze workforce trends and provide strategic insights to business leaders. - Business Partnership: - Partner with the Global CFO and act as a trusted advisor providing strategic insight into the future direction of the business unit. - Contribute to organization design and development initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness. - Data-Driven Decision Making: - Use and analyze data and trends to inform guidance to business leadership and measure success. - Develop proactive actions based on data insights to improve HR processes and outcomes. - Leadership and Team Development: - Act as a key strategic HR lead, consultant, and coach to senior business leaders. - Enable the development of their people leadership capabilities and maximize their impact on people and engagement. - Diversity and Inclusion: - Manage and assemble a diverse and inclusive team that drives global strategic goals and impacts organizational success. - Support ongoing growth and development of the team by encouraging and enabling all to build skills and develop their careers. Qualifications - Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a large, multi-national team, supporting Global Finance Leadership. - Executive Client Support: Extensive experience in direct client support and management coaching, as well as team development and management. - Strategic Finance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Finance organization design and compensation plan design. - Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship building. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment. - Complex Issue Management: Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently. - HR Expertise: Ability to excel at all levels of the HR “stack” — strategic, operational, and tactical. - Credibility and Integrity: Credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward. - Influential Leadership: Confidence to challenge respectfully to influence business decisions. - Strong Network: Strong external brand and network.
