• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential participants in specialty product collections research studies, managing inquiries from newly identified participants referred by the donor Recruitment team. • Coordinate and oversee participant enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while maintaining compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. • Act as a compassionate and knowledgeable liaison, embodying Sanguine’s mission to bridge the gap between researchers and donors to accelerate scientific discovery. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of study protocols, safety guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring strict adherence across all participant interactions. • Conduct independent research on assigned studies and medical conditions to enhance comprehension of study-specific criteria. • Utilize internal databases to identify potential study participants, analyzing medical record data and administering eligibility surveys. • Conduct thorough eligibility screenings, introduce study objectives to participants, and collect and document critical medical and study-related information with accuracy and efficiency. • Oversee the administration and collection of required study documents, collaborating cross-functionally to initiate and manage medical record retrieval. • Review and analyze medical records, input lab results, and compile research data to validate participant eligibility and ensure study integrity. • Partner with the Medical Director to relay key safety considerations to participants with specific conditions. • Collaborate with Project Management and Recruitment teams to track enrollment progress, proactively addressing potential delays or challenges. • Maintain a strategic understanding of the participant database, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks to optimize study progress. • Monitor and assess recruitment performance, escalating issues when necessary and working cross-functionally to implement solutions. • Oversee participant allocation across multiple specialty product collections studies, ensuring alignment with eligibility criteria and study priorities. • Manage shipments of specialty product collection visits between partner sites and sample destinations. This includes arranging pick up times, delivery destinations, and adhering to Sanguine’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduling shipments. • Initiate outbound phone calls; schedule appointments, confirm visit times, or reschedule visits as needed and notify both the specialty product collections site contacts and the appropriate internal team members as necessary.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential participants in translational research studies, managing inquiries from newly identified participants referred by the Patient Recruitment team. • Coordinate and manage participant enrollment for translational studies, with the opportunity to support enrollment efforts for other study types as needed. • Serve as a compassionate and empathetic touchpoint for patients, embodying Sanguine’s mission to bridge the gap between researchers and patients and accelerate research efforts. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the study protocol, safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Perform independent research for each assigned study and/or diagnosis to gain a deeper understanding of the condition and any study-specific criteria. • Create Salesforce reports to identify potential study participants. • Review database and medical record information to identify potentially eligible study participants. • Prepare and initiate database surveys to assess the interest and eligibility of potential participants for research studies. • Introduce study objectives to potential participants, conduct thorough eligibility screenings, and collect and document critical medical and study-related information accurately and promptly. • Administer and collect required study documents and initiate medical record retrieval in collaboration with the medical record team. • Review medical records, input lab results, and compile research data to ensure eligibility and quality across a range of studies. • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, resolving issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer service experience to patients. • Collaborate with the Project Management and Recruitment teams to ensure participant enrollment is on track and meets required study deadlines. • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. • Coordinate and schedule study visits in alignment with protocol requirements, staff availability, and logistical constraints, ensuring timely and accurate booking. • Use logistics/dispatch software to assign and manage appointments for mobile health staff, ensuring all visit details are accurate and schedules and routes are executed effectively. • Manage outbound communications (calls, texts, emails) to schedule, confirm, and reschedule visits, while delivering pre-appointment instructions and relevant information. • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants before, during, and after appointments, providing clear communication and support throughout the process. • Coordinate closely with patients, study coordinators, and field operations to handle scheduling changes, maintain up-to-date participant profiles, and support seamless visit execution. • Monitor daily/weekly schedules and key operational metrics, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to workflow improvements and cross-functional projects while delivering a high-quality patient experience. • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination, and offer process • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience • Manage new hire equipment shipping • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs • Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance materials • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Assist with benefits administration and HR systems (e.g., Rippling) updates and reporting • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes and support implementation of solutions • Support and assist other departments such as Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance etc as needed for special projects and collaboration activities

• AI Agent Development: Build, test, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows. • Work hands-on with Python to analyze data, experiment with new natural language model architectures, perform prompt engineering on LLMs, benchmark and monitor model accuracy, deploy models into production for real-time inferencing to support various use cases. • Develop and maintain prompt engineering strategies for AI-powered pipelines, optimizing for reliability, accuracy, and performance. • Integrate AI outputs with Salesforce and other enterprise systems by structuring and routing model responses into the correct records, objects, and workflows. • Build PDF and document extraction pipelines using LLM models to parse clinical and operational documents and feed structured data downstream. • Support the monitoring and error handling of AI-powered workflows, troubleshooting failures and improving pipeline resilience. • Track and report on AI agent performance metrics and operational ROI, supporting data-driven decision-making for future investments.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular 1-on-1s, and foster a culture of accuracy, urgency, and continuous improvement. • Lead the full month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Maintain the General Ledger, including account mapping, COA updates, and management of classes/departments within the ERP (NetSuite/QuickBooks). • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring proper classification of expenses (COA, Prepaids, Fixed Assets), PO approvals, and vendor relationship management. • Oversee inventory levels, valuation, and reporting accuracy. • Oversee the multi-state payroll and timekeeping systems. • Update cash flow actuals, monitor bank positions, and prepare variance analysis and forecasts to ensure liquidity. • Oversee 1099 filings, Business Licenses, and Franchise Tax compliance. • Manage internal and external audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.

• Serve as the primary Super Admin for Rippling. • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the system daily. • Build and execute performance review cycles within Rippling. • Implement and manage compensation bands within the Rippling interface. • Create and manage workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes. • Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks including benefits enrollment, payroll support, employment verification, and maintaining digital employee files. • Regularly audit HR data to ensure 100% accuracy. • Collaborate with Corporate Quality to ensure job descriptions, training records, and competencies are accurately tracked and compliant with internal quality standards. • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and career development. • Partner with key department leads to help them navigate sensitive personnel issues. • Work closely with our in-house Legal Counsel to handle complex compliance issues, investigations, and terminations.
