Role Description Proofpoint is hiring a Director of WW Sales Enablement Programs to lead how we onboard, develop, and scale our global go-to-market team. This role requires a clear vision for the future of enablement and the ability to execute on it, embedding AI into content creation and delivery, integrating learning into the seller’s workflow, and building programs that keep pace with a rapidly evolving business. - Lead and develop a global enablement team, cultivating a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning grounded in Proofpoint's BRAVE values. - Architect an AI-powered enablement operating system that turns enablement programs into scalable, always-on, measurable seller readiness systems. - Build governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks that tie every enablement investment to a strategic priority and a measurable revenue outcome. - Stand up a rigorous, role-based certification framework that drives consistent readiness across regions, roles and across the seller lifecycle. - Industrialize content creation with generative AI, producing modular, bite-sized learning assets engineered to feed AI delivery engines and power learning in the flow of work. - Orchestrate enablement supporting global launches, sales plays, and field readiness in lockstep with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations driving the change management that makes adoption stick. - Embed manager coaching and inspection motions into programs that translate enablement into observable seller behavior change. - Use data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to measure program impact and connect enablement to pipeline conversion, win rate, and revenue performance. Qualifications - Proven experience and 8+ years leading global enablement or continuous learning programs in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. - Strong sense of ownership and a bias to action, with the confidence to evolve the vision as the business moves. - Genuine ability to connect with sellers and a strong understanding of the day-to-day realities of carrying a number, progressing deals, and staying productive between calls. - Hands-on fluency with generative AI and the modern enablement and revenue tech stack (Salesforce, LMS/LXP platforms like Adobe and Seismic, conversation intelligence, AI models). - Track record building flexible, modular programs that meet sellers in the tools they already use (CRM, inbox, conversation intelligence). - Analytical mindset and the willingness to measure what matters, tie programs to revenue outcomes, and shut down what isn't working. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Sales Operations.
