Role Description As an Account Executive, you will focus on companies that will benefit from the ERP and Marketplace Partners that Alliance Solutions provides to the Construction and Real Estate industries. The primary function of the Account Executive will be new customer acquisition where you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, nurturing, and full sales cycle management of potential customers. This is a fully remote position working out of the their residential home office. This person would report to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities - Source, develop, maintain, and manage new client & prospect relationships for assigned geography - Complete sales cycle (discovery-presentation-close) & product knowledge of Sage Intacct Construction and related 3rd party products - Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment and territory success - Attainment of Company Activity Plan - Monthly sales and activity quota - Develop construction market IQ for assigned geography - Identify industry influencers and CPAs - Nurture lead & prospect opportunities - Use of Salesforce CRM, Outreach, and phone system Qualifications - Exceptional written and verbal communication - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems - Ability to thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding client base - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field - Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP sales - Experience with ERP, Construction Technology, Sage 100/300 or Sage Intacct preferred - Experience with Salesforce preferred - Experience with standard office software, including Office 365, OneNote, Salesforce, Outreach - Ability to travel as needed Benefits - Competitive compensation plan - Compensation for this position is a combination of base salary and earned commissions - Medical, Dental, Vision coverage offered - Supplemental insurance options available - 401K Safe Harbor Match - Generous personal time off policy - Paid Paternity Leave - Paid Military Leave - Eight Company paid holidays - Flex Friday – one earned Friday off per quarter (not deducted from PTO) - Quarterly team offsites + Annual Company wide offsite
