Role Description Altisource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to support our growing originations fulfillment platform. In this role, you will perform frontline underwriting across multiple production channels, ensuring loans meet investor, regulatory, and compliance standards for successful secondary market delivery. - Perform frontline underwriting of mortgage loans across retail, wholesale, jumbo, correspondent, HELOC, and/or construction lending products under both delegated and non-delegated authority. - Review, analyze, and underwrite loan files in accordance with agency, investor, and internal credit policy guidelines. - Identify and clearly communicate documentation gaps, risk factors, and conditions to Client Relationship Managers and, when required, directly with loan originators. - Evaluate property appraisals to ensure compliance with company standards, investor requirements, and collateral risk criteria. - Ensure loans are underwritten for secondary market salability, balancing credit risk, compliance, and turn-time expectations. - Maintain current knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, agency/investor guidelines, and internal underwriting policies. - Provide clear, professional explanations of underwriting decisions to internal partners and external stakeholders as needed. Qualifications - Recent experience (within the past 6 months) underwriting retail, wholesale, and/or jumbo mortgage loans. - Experience underwriting HELOC and/or construction lending products (including guideline interpretation, collateral review, and risk assessment). - Strong working knowledge of DU, LP/AUS, FHA Connection, Total Scorecard. - Proven ability to perform in a high-volume originations fulfillment environment while maintaining quality and compliance. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate credit decisions and conditions. - High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a compliance-focused mindset. Role Description The Family Mentor is an integral member of a patient’s multidisciplinary care team. The role of the Family Mentor is to ensure that caregivers successfully integrate into Equip treatment by adhering to their care plans and fully engaging in treatment. This goal is achieved through: - Proactively identifying and addressing barriers to treatment. - Identifying opportunities to personalize Equip’s programming to address family needs. - Building caregiver skills. The Family Mentor is accountable for balancing patient engagement in treatment and adherence to the care plan with patient satisfaction and retention in treatment. The ultimate goal is to provide caregivers with access to the tools and services they need so that their loved one can achieve lasting recovery. Working Hours - Ability to provide 33 hours a week of availability for direct patient care, including groups, new patients, and follow-up sessions. - Ability to commit to working until 8pm two evenings per week (you choose which evenings). - Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient care after 2pm in the respective patient care time zone throughout the week. - Ability to attend mandatory meetings (i.e., Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, etc.). Responsibilities - Provide skills-based individual and group sessions to caregivers in treatment at Equip. - Implement motivational strategies with caregivers to engage with their care plans, including monitoring adherence to care plans and completion of program elements. - Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team huddles to support patient progress in treatment. - Actively listen and guide caregivers to anticipate challenges and engage in coping-ahead strategies. - Maintain an availability calendar allowing caregivers to schedule appointments. - Conduct proactive outreach (phone calls/messaging), missed appointment recovery, reminders, tracking, and support to ensure full engagement with the care plan. - Engage in problem-solving to ensure care plan adherence, including identifying and providing tangible solutions to ease day-to-day tasks and stresses. - Ensure personalization of care plans by making program recommendations and coordinating services to ensure caregiver needs are met. - Guide caregivers in developing advocacy-related documentation, including 504 Plan accommodation request letters. - Build a relationship of respect and trust with the caregiver. - Complete timely documentation of caregiver interactions in compliance with Equip policies. - Attend and participate in internal meetings as well as initial and ongoing training as assigned. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working with families/supports in a health care setting including, but not limited to, coaching, case management, mentorship, social work, or milieu therapy. - Lived experience as an eating disorder support for a loved one in firm/stable recovery. - Ability to connect with a range of diverse people with varying lived experiences. - Ability to identify and direct patients and families in achievement of treatment goals. - Passion for evidence-based care and ability to learn, practice, and develop new coaching skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to build effective, professional, and collaborative relationships both internally and externally. - Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting goals. - Strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working with and learning new technologies. - Comfortable working remotely (including the requirement to be on camera). - Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically to quickly and accurately work through challenges in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
