• Conduct thorough compliance investigations into policy violations and state or federal regulatory breaches, including HIPAA, privacy, and fraud-related cases. • Proactively identify and assess compliance risks by reviewing internal departmental processes, new product initiatives, and changing state/federal regulatory landscapes. • Develop key risk indicators and continuous monitoring programs to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies. • Provide clear, actionable, and solution-oriented guidance to individual personnel, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders regarding complex regulatory statutes and industry standards. • Partner closely with internal policy owners to write, design, and update comprehensive operational policies that address key organizational risks. • Coordinate directly with regulatory bodies, payor entities, and legal counsel to support external accreditations, payor audits, and overall risk management. • Design and deliver highly interactive, engaging compliance training and presentations for patient-facing teams, translating dense clinical compliance and risk management concepts into practical, everyday workflows. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Craft compelling value propositions, differentiators, and messaging frameworks that resonate across diverse audiences and maintain brand consistency across all channels. • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the message is well differentiated in the market. • Conduct research to build detailed provider and consumer personas (e.g., families with young patients, adult patients, hospital-based providers, primary care, etc.) that map their distinct pain points and motivations. • Map out the high-level B2B and B2C customer journeys and how core positioning and value propositions seamlessly and logically flow through every phase of the lifecycle—from initial brand discovery to active onboarding and retention. • Lead the end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for new services, care model enhancements or new target audiences. • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, leveraging high emotional intelligence to navigate ambiguity, drive cross-functional alignment, and carry strategic initiatives forward. • Partner with VP, Marketing and Creative director to build a provider brand strategy that establishes clinical authority, fosters trust and builds long-term loyalty. • Jointly lead the development and management of a Provider Advisory Board that serves an internal advisory function as well as external brand ambassadorship with the VP of Clinical Affairs. • Collaborate with Commercial stakeholders and Clinical Affairs to determine which high-impact, value-added resources, collateral, content, and speaking opportunities drive provider engagement, acquisition, and retention. • Provide guidance and direction to channel owners on how to leverage the messaging and content in their respective channels. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Own the product roadmap for AI and clinical intelligence capabilities, aligning it with clinical outcomes goals, company strategy, and regulatory requirements. • Partner closely with AI/ML engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship models and features — translating clinical requirements into technical specifications and translating technical constraints back into clinically sound product decisions. • Collaborate with clinical leadership (therapists, dietitians, medical providers) to ensure AI-assisted tools reflect gold-standard eating disorder treatment practices and do not introduce clinical risk. • Define and govern responsible AI practices for clinical use cases, including model evaluation criteria, human-in-the-loop safeguards, escalation paths, and bias/safety monitoring appropriate to a clinically sensitive population. • Design and oversee analytics and evaluation frameworks that measure model performance, clinical impact, and patient/provider trust — not just usage. • Guide AI product development through the full lifecycle: problem framing, model/vendor evaluation, prototyping, clinical validation, launch, and iteration. • Translate healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, informed consent, clinical documentation standards) into product and model requirements. • Conduct research with patients, providers, and clinical staff to identify where AI can responsibly reduce burden or improve care, and where it should not be applied. • Present AI product strategy, risk considerations, and results to executive leadership, clinical leadership, and the board as needed. • Mentor and potentially build out a small team of PMs focused on AI/clinical intelligence workstreams. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prepare month-end and year-end financial close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and support preparation of the financial statements. • Technical accounting research and documentation to support accounting positions, policies & procedures and significant and non-recurring transactions. • Maintain and execute internal controls, documentation, and compliance procedures to support audit readiness. • Perform monthly due diligence reporting to validate financial statement fluctuations. • Support the Controller to successfully complete annual financial statement audits, preparing support for auditors, liaising with external consultants as needed. • Gather and organize data for external tax professionals to support Federal, State, and local tax filings. • Support reporting and ad hoc analyses, as necessary. • Provide accounting support for system implementations, testing data integrity and accounting system integrations. • Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency using automation and electronic tools. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description The Caregiver Coach is an integral member of a patient’s multidisciplinary care team. The role of the Caregiver Coach is to ensure that caregivers successfully integrate into Equip treatment by adhering to their care plans and fully engaging in treatment. This goal is achieved through: - Proactively identifying and addressing barriers to treatment. - Identifying opportunities to personalize Equip’s programming to address family needs. - Building caregiver skills. The Caregiver Coach is accountable for balancing patient engagement in treatment and adherence to the care plan with patient satisfaction and retention in treatment. The ultimate goal is to provide caregivers with access to the tools and services they need so that their loved one can achieve lasting recovery. Responsibilities - Provide skills-based individual and group sessions to caregivers in treatment at Equip. - Implement motivational strategies with caregivers to engage with their care plans, including monitoring adherence to care plans and completion of program elements. - Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team huddles to support patient progress in treatment. - Actively listen and guide caregivers to anticipate challenges and engage in coping-ahead strategies. - Maintain an availability calendar allowing caregivers to schedule appointments. - Conduct proactive outreach (phone calls/messaging), missed appointment recovery, reminders, tracking, and support to ensure full engagement with the care plan. - Engage in problem-solving to ensure care plan adherence, including identifying and providing tangible solutions to roadblocks to treatment adherence. - Ensure personalization of care plans by making program recommendations and coordinating services to ensure caregiver needs are met. - Guide caregivers in developing advocacy-related documentation, including 504 Plan accommodation request letters. - Build a relationship of respect and trust with the caregiver. - Complete timely documentation of caregiver interactions in compliance with Equip policies. - Attend and participate in internal meetings as well as initial and ongoing training as assigned. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working directly with patients in a setting that utilizes protocolized care. - Proven comfort working within structured care models or evidence-based protocols. - Proven ability to balance structured protocols with deep empathy. - A proven track record of taking accountability for patient care plans. - Experience guiding patients and families in achievement of treatment goals. - Lived experience as an eating disorder support for a loved one in firm/stable recovery. - Ability to connect with a range of diverse people with varying lived experiences. - Passion for evidence-based care and ability to learn, practice, and develop new coaching skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working with and learning new technologies. - Comfortable working remotely (including the requirement to be on camera). - Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically. - Ability to provide 26-33 hours a week of direct patient care. - Ability to commit to working two evenings until 8pm of your choice per week. • Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions, and time and attendance. • Compute and audit taxable wage/paycheck calculations. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, promotions and other changes to pay rates, and bonus payouts. • Manage incoming mail, including research agency tax notices, and resolve outstanding requests. • Support employee paycheck or other pay-related inquiries. • Execute on all required state tax filings and reporting for multiple entities. • Support reporting for People and Finance teams and Equip leadership, including but not limited to monthly payroll analysis summaries and accounts reconciliation. • Research and respond to questions that arise from employees or leadership in a diligent and timely manner. • Work collaboratively and cross functionally across the organization. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. • Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones. • Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks. • Participate in initial and ongoing trainings. • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. • Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).
