Job Description
Country Manager – UK
syte
• As Country Manager UK (m/f/d) you will be syte’s first person on the ground in London — the face of syte, our brand ambassador in the UK market and the trusted voice of our platform in every customer, partner and industry conversation across the country. • Your task is to bring our local strategy to life — using the local market knowledge, network, cultural fluency and customer focus that only someone deeply rooted in the UK market can provide. • You are syte’s voice and face in the UK — at events, on stage, in meetings and on LinkedIn. • You will own the entire UK customer conversation — from first contact to signed contract. Discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation. • You won’t wait for inbound leads. You already know UK developers, asset managers, architects and investment managers — and you won’t hesitate to pick up the phone. • You will represent syte at relevant events — SIMA, SIMAPRO, MIPIM, PropTech Connect. • You will personally onboard the first UK customers and stay closely involved. Their success becomes our reference, and their feedback shapes our roadmap. • You will translate UK realities into clear input for Lena and the product team — which regulatory layers are missing for UK workflows, how architects and developers actually work, which segments convert first, and where cultural nuances change the message. • You will take ownership of and further develop syte’s existing UK relationships and add new ones to the network — from innovation-minded architects to institutional developers and digitally-minded asset managers.
Job Requirements
- Your network is your strongest asset: You have real, up-to-date relationships with decision-makers in the UK real estate industry — developers, architects, asset managers, investment managers.
- Technical fluency is non-negotiable: You understand AI, geo-intelligence, data products and B2B SaaS well enough to demonstrate, discuss and defend our platform both to experienced real estate professionals and to technical buyers.
- Experience in the UK real estate market: You have worked with or sold to developers, asset managers, architects or investment managers in the UK.
- Track record in B2B SaaS sales: You have closed real ARR contracts and understand what a consultative sales cycle looks like.
- Hunter mentality: You’re not afraid of the phone. A “no” is not a setback but fuel. You’re driven and want to win.
- Communication skills: English is your native language and you have excellent business English, both written and spoken. You can explain complex topics simply. German skills are a plus.
- Based in London or Greater London — or ready to be from day one.
- Right to work in the UK.

- Equity participation: VSOP program — depending on role and responsibilities, virtual company equity is part of your compensation package.
- Your hardware: Our syte team is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software.
- Your team: The entire company meets once a quarter for two days to work together and celebrate shared successes.
- Flexibility: In addition to joint workations, you also have the option to work from abroad privately.
- Coaching: Want to grow or recharge? We provide access to coaching and mental-health offerings.
- Bring your dog to the office: Your four-legged companion is welcome and may come to the office with you at any time.
- Personal benefits budget: €2,200.00 annually for what matters to you: Upskilling: You have budgets available for both company-related and private training. Equipment: In addition to initial Apple hardware, you receive an additional budget for outfitting your workspace. Tax-optimized benefits: You can use your budget for tax-optimized offers such as tax-free benefits in kind, an internet allowance, mobility allowance, a holiday allowance or childcare subsidy.
