• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. • Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries. • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial. • Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate. • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters. • Work collaboratively with legal teams, paralegals, and investigators. • Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents. • Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff. • Review and analyze complex employment law documents and contracts. • Monitor compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. • Participate in client development and business generation activities. • Maintain detailed case files and documentation. • Develop and implement litigation budgets. • Coordinate with expert witnesses and consultants.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions or complex civil litigation.
- Trial experience, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
- Strong background in procedural rules governing class actions (e.g., Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure).
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar class action settlements.
- Track record of successful class certification motions.

Role Description We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney who thrives in a client-facing, strategy-driven role. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from early evaluation through resolution, building strong client relationships, and maximizing case value. While the primary focus is pre-litigation, the role may include a small number of cases that proceed into litigation. This is not a back-office position. You will be a primary point of contact for clients and will play a central role in case development, valuation, and resolution strategy. This role is designed for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client impact, and hands-on case ownership. You will work with a highly experienced team known for results, credibility, and leverage factors that directly contribute to stronger settlements and outcomes.
