What You'll Do: - Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with teachers to develop learning opportunities to teach information skills. - Manage, train, and coordinate library staff, including volunteers. - Manage the library collection which includes coordinating the acquisition, placement, circulation, and maintenance of all resources in the library. - Analyze requests to determine needed information, and assist in furnishing or locating that information. - Search standard reference materials, including online sources and the Internet, to answer reference questions. - Teach students and staff basic computer skills, such as searching computerized databases. - Plan and teach classes on topics such as information literacy, library instruction, and technology use. - Review and evaluate materials, using book reviews, catalogs, faculty recommendations, and current holdings, to select and order print, audiovisual, and electronic resources. - Explain use of library facilities, resources, equipment, and services, and provide information about library policies. - Develop library policies and procedures. - May set up or work with databases and information systems to catalog and access information. What You'll Need: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required. - Master's Degree in Library and Information Science, preferred. - Have a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license. • Draft and revise litigation materials including motions, complaints, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and briefs • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and similar research platforms • Review, proofread, and edit legal documents for clarity, accuracy, and compliance • Ensure filings comply with jurisdiction-specific court rules and formatting requirements • Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation strategy and case development • Manage multiple writing assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Translate complex legal concepts into concise, persuasive written materials

• Work independently and collaboratively to manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation • Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, handle oral arguments, and assist in trials in state and federal courts • Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout • Attend court appearances, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings as required

Role Description We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney who thrives in a client-facing, strategy-driven role. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from early evaluation through resolution, building strong client relationships, and maximizing case value. While the primary focus is pre-litigation, the role may include a small number of cases that proceed into litigation. This is not a back-office position. You will be a primary point of contact for clients and will play a central role in case development, valuation, and resolution strategy. This role is designed for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client impact, and hands-on case ownership. You will work with a highly experienced team known for results, credibility, and leverage factors that directly contribute to stronger settlements and outcomes.
