Role Description As an independently contracted Attorney, you will deliver US immigration legal advice and compliance services, helping corporate clients navigate complex requirements and implement effective immigration strategies. Your work will span non-immigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, E, TN, immigrant visa categories, PERM labour certifications, naturalization, and related matters.
