• Draft and revise litigation materials including motions, complaints, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and briefs • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and similar research platforms • Review, proofread, and edit legal documents for clarity, accuracy, and compliance • Ensure filings comply with jurisdiction-specific court rules and formatting requirements • Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation strategy and case development • Manage multiple writing assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Translate complex legal concepts into concise, persuasive written materials
Job Requirements
- JD degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred
- 2–4 years of legal writing, litigation support, or related experience
- Strong legal research and analytical writing skills
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Experience with Bluebook citation standards
- Knowledge of personal injury litigation in Maryland, Virginia, and/or Washington, DC preferred
- Experience with SmartAdvocate or similar case management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Description As an independently contracted Attorney, you will deliver US immigration legal advice and compliance services, helping corporate clients navigate complex requirements and implement effective immigration strategies.
