Role Description We're hiring a GTM associate to own Faction's top-of-funnel outbound execution. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work inside a semi-defined process, coordinate daily with our sales team, and be measured on throughput, accuracy, and follow-through. The core workflow: - Identify target accounts - Build persona lists in Sales Navigator - Personalize and launch Lemlist campaigns - Monitor and flag replies for handoff We're currently sending ~175 - 200 outbound messages per week. The goal is 600+. Qualifications - Experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound execution role - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: building lists, filtering by title, industry, company size, and buying signals - Experience running campaigns in Lemlist or a comparable sequencing platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) - Strong written communication skills. You take grammar, spelling, and tone seriously - Understanding of outbound copywriting, sequencing logic, and how to personalize at scale without sounding generic - Self-managed and reliable. This is a remote role with clear weekly output expectations Requirements - Experience with Attio or similar CRM tools - Familiarity with Clay or data enrichment workflows - Background in B2B SaaS sales; industrial distribution or manufacturing experience a plus - Prior experience on a lean startup or early-stage GTM team
