Role Description This is the perfect role for a hands-on builder with a founder’s mindset and a passion for problem solving at enterprise scale in Generative AI. You will function as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Security, and the Customer—owning execution, quality, and impact for all GenAI capabilities. As a technical leader, player-coach, and builder, you will bring strong product sense, GenAI systems knowledge, and a willingness to lead by example. Role Description We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Customer Onboarding & Delivery team. The Solution Architect is responsible for the technical quality of all product implementations of Bidgely’s innovative energy management service with strategic utility customers worldwide. As a leader and subject matter expert, the Solution Architect utilizes technical, product, and management skills to ensure the technical soundness and readiness of implementations. The position reports into the VP, Global Delivery & Onboarding (with direct reporting to the Senior Solution Architect, Quality & Improvements), and works closely with other Solution/Technical Architects, Technical Program Managers, and all other relevant cross-functional teams.
