Role Description The Account Director leads client relationships and plays a critical role in retention and growth. This role is high-impact, client-facing, and contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership. In this role, you will: - Develop strategic campaigns and build executive relationships. - Develop expertise in Fetch’s offerings. - Apply tools and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency across your pod. - Lead strategic conversations, shape account progression, and coach others. - Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to drive efficiencies, improve data accuracy, and enhance client engagement. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field. - Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data. - Experience driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations. - Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Expert in analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients or internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes. - Familiarity with AI tools (ex. ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation platforms (ex. Zapier) and creating new AI-enabled processes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements - Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals. - Develop strategies to retain and grow top-tier partnerships. - Lead executive-level client relationships as the primary point of contact. - Strategize against deadlines and navigate evolving priorities. - Oversee client health by monitoring satisfaction and addressing risks early. - Ensure successful execution of partner deliverables. - Collaborate closely with your sales counterpart to identify optimization opportunities. - Facilitate onboarding of new clients and brands. - Oversee inputs for campaign setup and programming. - Partner with internal teams to track, organize, troubleshoot, and optimize client performance. - Serve as a key internal leader in developing and mentoring new team members. - Ensure clients have access to timely reporting to guide budget allocation. - Independently provide partners with access to data and reporting. - Translate data and performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations. - Independently deliver client presentations and reviews. - Oversee revenue actualizations and billing processes. - Utilize sales-enablement, AI, automation tools. - Play an active role in hiring and shaping Fetch’s partner manager team culture. - Demonstrate Fetch's values with a growth mindset. Preferred Requirements - Direct client vertical experience. - Experienced with CRM tools (ex. Salesforce). - Experience coaching and collaborating with implementation, analytics, or other cross-functional teams. Benefits - Competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits. - Base salary range: $110,700-$124,225. - On-target earnings range: $166,050-$186,337.
