• Own and manage relationships with enterprise customers • Prospect and qualify new enterprise leads • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs • Partner with internal teams including engineering, product & program, and operations
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop initiatives and campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads (MQL’s) and/or sales qualified leads (SQL’s) with North America. • Develop new sales opportunities by engaging leads from events, digital channels, cold outreach, partner networks, and marketing programs. • Develop and implement campaigns in CRM (NetSuite) that build brand/product awareness and deliver increased MQL/SQL generation. • Provide marketing, sales and company leadership with weekly/monthly metrics (KPI’s) that clearly show the progress of the various lead generation programs. • Work closely with sales to identify ‘land and expand’ opportunities with existing customers and partners. • Work closely with marketing to develop new initiatives that build brand/product awareness.
