• Integrate FP&A cycles with IBP/S&OP, demand, supply, commercial, CDI and People into a single financial narrative; • Lead the design and operation of the rolling forecast (1–18 months) and build scenarios, sensitivity analyses and simulations on critical variables: volume, mix, price, FX, cost of API, product launches, partnerships and CAPEX; • Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle with a clear calendar, assumptions and governance; • Ensure monthly managerial close with SLAs, analytical quality and variance narrative (vs. budget, prior forecast, prior year and benchmark); • Monitor contribution margin, gross margin, EBITDA, net income, ROIC, working capital and cash conversion cycle; • Construct executive, decision-oriented narratives (not descriptive reporting) with advanced visualization and a solution focus; • Conduct CAPEX portfolio analysis, prioritization and governance, ensuring alignment with the CAPEX Committee and the executive capital allocation dashboard; • Act as a business partner to the directorates (Operations, Commercial/Business, People), anticipating questions, provoking trade-offs and challenging assumptions in a methodical way; • Support the evolution of planning tools and automations (EPM, SAP, Power BI, etc.), reducing reliance on isolated spreadsheets and Access databases; • Establish governance of management data and written procedures (SOPs) for critical processes: budgeting, forecasting, close, CAPEX and rolling forecast; • Apply advanced techniques (statistical forecasting, machine learning) for projecting sales, costs, mix and scenarios, with support from the IBP team; • Develop the team with a focus on high performance, succession planning and talent retention.

• Ensure that transactions carried out by the company are properly recorded through understanding and monitoring operations and correct application of accounting standards. • Ensure compliance with the accounting close schedule by implementing processes and KPIs that provide the company's various departments with a clear view of the impact of their activities on the close process, and by ensuring understanding of and adherence to established deadlines. • Support other departments' decision-making by clarifying the financial impacts of proposed scenarios and providing adequate financial information. • Reconcile and analyze account balances, identifying and correcting discrepancies, evaluating account variances, and preparing explanations for major movements and trends identified. • Ensure that ancillary obligations under the accounting department's responsibility are submitted on time and in compliance with legal requirements. • Prepare financial statements and explanatory notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Prepare financial reports for senior management, providing analyses and insights relevant to strategic decision-making. • Propose and implement improvements and automations in processes relevant to the area, seeking higher quality and efficiency. • Contribute to internal and external audit processes by providing the requested information and documentation.

• Assist in the conduct of clinical studies at all stages. • Prepare documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the area. • Interact directly with research sites and vendors that provide services to the Clinical Research area. • Register vendors, participate in the contracting workflow, and ensure correct filing and control of these contracts in study spreadsheets and files. • Prepare and complete study tools, PowerPoint presentations, and memos. • Monitor the procurement and manufacturing process of clinical and non-clinical supplies through to correct receipt, intervening to resolve any issues. • Manage shipments and returns of study medication and materials, ensure appropriate supply at research sites, control inventory, and maintain traceability. • Keep clinical study files up to date in accordance with the Medical Sciences SOPs and applicable regulations. • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and ensure that payments and budgets for the clinical research area are processed on time by administrative assistants, and supervise the control and filing of this information. • Attend monitoring visits to provide general support.

• Solid experience in drug pricing, with a strong command of CMED rules applicable to different categories of medicines. Consistent involvement in the analysis of new projects, focusing on defining the pricing strategy from the early development stages and supporting decision-making on price positioning. • Ability to thoroughly interpret and apply regulatory legislation related to pricing, the pharmaceutical market and feasibility of new projects, assessing potential impacts on existing or developing pricing strategies through continuous monitoring of CMED regulations, resolutions and updates. • Skill in analyzing and interpreting technical-scientific data, especially clinical data, with a focus on supporting the strategic pricing rationale for products.

• Optimize product profitability through competitive pricing and investment management. • Plan and launch products by mobilizing all involved departments and monitoring the schedule of product/launch-related activities. • Develop product positioning and branding initiatives based on internal and external analyses of threats and opportunities, using marketing tools. • Manage the product line’s promotional investments by analyzing priorities and opportunities. • Monitor competitors' promotional, commercial and marketing practices to adjust strategic direction when necessary. • Prepare communication and promotional plans for the company's products. • Represent Libbs before medical societies and at events, according to the specialty. • Source and evaluate suppliers such as advertising agencies, publishers and digital app developers for the design and implementation of promotional campaigns. • Participate in monthly area alignment and management-by-guidelines (GPD) meetings, compiling product performance information, presenting actions taken, objectives/results achieved, performance indicators for each product, any deviations and corrective actions. • Work with manufacturing and commercial teams to monitor product cost control in order to identify rationalization opportunities; monitor the sales force in implementing marketing actions. • Monitor product availability in the market through production and inventory control. • Audit and validate product distribution at points of sale (POS) and with distributors; stay informed on industry developments and scientific literature to improve or identify new forms of market interaction and engagement.

• Assegurar o atendimento à missão da empresa, à política de Marketing e exigências legais da Anvisa por meio do embasamento científico (pesquisar e citar estudos publicados) nas respostas elaboradas aos clientes externos. • Realizar pesquisas de média e alta complexidade em bancos de dados nacionais e internacionais para atendimento às solicitações médicas externas, interagindo com a áreas de interface. • Participar dos treinamentos para lançamentos de produtos. • Revisar todos os materiais de cunho científico elaborados pela companhia destinados aos profissionais da saúde, assegurando a qualidade técnica e conformidade com a legislação vigente e as diretrizes internas da empresa. • Realizar monitoramento ativo de novos estudos em andamento, publicações e notícias na área da saúde e do setor farmacêutico, sob a orientação dos supervisores da área e/ou quando da ausência deles. • Realizar os controles internos para assegurar a entrega das atividades como revisão dos materiais promocionais e atendimento às pesquisas internas, dentro dos prazos propostos. • Participar de reuniões com outras áreas da empresa como MKT e Assuntos Regulatórios sobre o fluxo de comunicação científica da companhia com os clientes externos (médicos, farmacêuticos e pacientes). • Trabalhar com ferramentas de inteligência artifical para elaboração de textos técnicos e implementação de melhorias nos fluxos internos.

• Ensure visibility, governance and control of the product line project portfolio. • Develop detailed plans that define project scope, required resources and delivery timelines. • Identify all project stakeholders and ensure effective communication among them. • Monitor project progress against the established plan, identify deviations and implement corrective actions. • Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation plans for potential project risks. • Allocate and manage human, material and financial resources required to execute the project. • Perform cost-benefit analyses and financial feasibility assessments for new projects or changes to existing projects. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all project aspects, including progress reports and lessons learned. • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement necessary changes. • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies and project management methodologies to apply best practices. • Act as a promoter of project culture, best practices, methodologies and project management tools using hybrid and agile models, serving as a point of reference within the business unit.

• Manage inventory for visited clients (distribution centers and points of sale); • Negotiate and close sales in the pharmaceutical retail channel; • Present products to point-of-sale professionals in accordance with company strategy, aiming to translate knowledge into health benefits; • Ensure product availability at the point of sale according to market potential; • Execute promotional plans and take corrective actions when deviations, needs, or opportunities are identified; • Implement merchandising activities as defined by the Trade Marketing team; • Train customers to use electronic ordering tools; • Create action plans to address deviations in department indicators when identified; • Use company resources efficiently; • Keep peers and interface areas (Trade, Marketing, Demand, Accounts, and others) informed about matters of interest.

• Atuar na avaliação e monitoramento de dados de segurança de medicamentos comercializados e em desenvolvimento, garantindo conformidade com as regulamentações nacionais e internacionais de farmacovigilância. • Conduzir atividades relacionadas à farmacovigilância em estudos clínicos, assegurando o adequado gerenciamento de eventos adversos e o cumprimento dos requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis. • Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e implementação de procedimentos, acordos e fluxos relacionados à farmacovigilância em pesquisa clínica. • Realizar interface contínua com áreas internas como Pesquisa Clínica, Assuntos Regulatórios, SAC, Evidências Médico-Científicas, Marketing e demais áreas de negócios. • Participar de projetos estratégicos relacionados ao desenvolvimento de novos produtos, contribuindo com avaliações de segurança e definições de processos de farmacovigilância. • Atuar junto a parceiros externos, CROs, investigadores e empresas parceiras, garantindo alinhamento técnico, troca de informações e cumprimento dos acordos de farmacovigilância. • Contribuir para a elaboração de avaliações benefício-risco, análises de segurança e atividades de detecção de sinais. • Apoiar auditorias, inspeções regulatórias e processos de due diligence relacionados à área. • Participar da estruturação e melhoria contínua dos processos de farmacovigilância, promovendo qualidade, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade dos dados. • Acompanhar cronogramas, entregas e demandas relacionadas aos projetos sob sua responsabilidade.
