• Leading, managing, and coordinating the RFP process, writing content, developing and maintaining proposal schedule, and delivering completed proposals to clients before the specified deadline • Evaluating content in proposals to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards • Conducting post-submission close out of proposals • Working with creative team to create figures/graphics to support proposal and presentation content • Understanding Dudek services and capabilities to be a connector of information • Supporting client interview preparation • Collaborating virtually with teams across Dudek
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, related field, or relevant experience
- 4+ years’ experience in proposal management, writing and coordination in the AEC industry
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, and online meeting tools
- Excellent business writing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines at once
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse internal staff and team partners and give clear, concise directions.

Role Description The role involves interpreting and assessing requests for proposal (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs) and building a response that addresses Sponsor requirements while providing a compelling message differentiating our offering. - Coordinate with Business Development Leads and subject matter experts throughout the company to build an operational strategy to address the Sponsor’s needs. - Coordinate with SMEs to provide responses to Sponsor-specific questions and concerns. - Collect specifications and details from SMEs and build a budget that clearly outlines the appropriate deliverables, pricing, resourcing, and timelines. - Support the defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors as well as to internal approvers. - Continuously improve the process of developing proposals and budgets, incorporating technology where appropriate, to more efficiently provide deliverables, check for quality gaps, and effectively manage communication. - Support the maintenance of internal proposal and response libraries.
