Title : Test Manager Location: Englewood United States Job Description: About the role As a Test Manager, you will make an impact by leading end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for large-scale healthcare payer and Facets programs. You will be a valued member of the quality and delivery leadership team, working closely with clients, program leadership, development teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes across complex healthcare initiatives. In this role, you will: Lead and manage onshore QA teams to deliver end-to-end testing across Facets programs and healthcare payer initiatives. Own accountability for overall test strategy, governance, planning, execution, and quality outcomes across functional, integration, data migration, EDI, and UAT workstreams. Strategize, plan, and execute Line of Business (LOB) implementation testing across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Lead test estimation, scheduling, resourcing, and coordination across onshore, offshore, and multi-vendor teams. Govern test execution, defect management, triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness decision-making. Oversee integration and EDI validation (834/837/835), including batch jobs, file interfaces, and downstream system testing. Manage test environments, test data dependencies, and large-scale data loads related to membership, provider, and claims processing. Establish and report quality metrics, dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership and client stakeholders. Coordinate UAT planning and execution, support business users through validation cycles, and drive formal business sign-off. Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered 10-12+ years of overall testing experience, with 6-8+ years in healthcare payer systems. 5+ years of experience managing Facets testing programs and QA delivery teams. Deep understanding of healthcare domains including claims, enrollment, benefits, providers, EDI, and regulatory compliance. Proven experience leading complex testing initiatives involving platform consolidations, data migrations, and system integrations. Strong experience managing test governance, defect lifecycle, quality metrics, and release readiness. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present test strategies and quality status to senior leadership and clients. These will help you stand out Experience with test automation initiatives, cloud migration programs, or large-scale platform modernization. Strong client-facing experience managing expectations, risks, and delivery outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-vendor teams in complex delivery environments. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing QA team members into senior and leadership roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive leadership mindset.
