Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and high-quality implementations. - Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party platforms. - Apply enterprise-level development practices including source control, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred). - Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, advanced security models, and Lightning App Builder. - Support data modeling, data quality, and reporting needs across business units. - Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; ensure timely follow-through and documentation. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups. - Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI-driven capabilities, platform enhancements, and industry best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of Comcast's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and long-term scalability. Required Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. - Strong proficiency in: - Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - REST/SOAP web services - Salesforce Experience Cloud (Required) and Sales Cloud (required) and at least one of: Media Cloud, Service Cloud. - Proven ability to design and implement complex configurations and custom solutions. - Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred). - Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft and external systems. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
