Demonstrate measurable progress on pipeline influence, engagement metrics, and operational efficiency through your AI and automation workflows. - AI-Assisted Content Engine: Build and manage social tools to augment your work and boost productivity to script, adapt, and scale posts, short-form video, and carousels while strictly protecting SailPoint's brand voice. - Omnichannel Mastery: Own the strategic blueprint and editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. Balance the emotional resonance of high-reach channels with the tactical precision of targeted digital platforms. - Precision Measurement: Partner with analytics teams to treat every media dollar as a strategic investment. Instrument analytics (GA4, UTM governance, CRM integrations) to track engagement, CAC, and multi-touch attribution (MTA) models for pipeline impact. - Paid & Organic Execution: Run continuous paid social experiments and always-on programs (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Optimize creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies to generate inbound traffic and demand. - Social Listening & Intelligence: Deploy advanced social listening tools to identify market trends, capture voice-of-customer, and feed strategic insights back to the product and sales teams. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a true self-starter by partnering closely with brand creative, PR, product marketing and demand generation to ensure assets are purpose-built for the modern media landscape. Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 7+ years managing multi-channel global social or media programs, ideally within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity security. Agency-side or global enterprise media planning roots are a plus. - AI & Tech Fluency: Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools for content summarization, ideation, and generation. Expert-level proficiency in the modern media stack (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, TradeDesk, native ad platforms). - Strategic Authority: A proven self-starter who operates with B2B architectural knowledge and B2C empathy. Strong ability to influence executive leadership and justify investments using data-driven logic. - Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of funnel attribution, ROI delivery, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, growth loops).
