• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. • Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications. • Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior team members.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce combined development and administration experience.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification; Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.
