About Monash Women's Monash Women's Services are Victoria's largest women's health services, providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology services across five sites. In 2025 Monash Health cared for over 10,000 births. In addition to being the local major provider of women's health services in south-east Melbourne, Monash Women's plays important subspecialist roles for greater Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate in such specialties as maternal-fetal medicine, fetal diagnosis and surgery, urogynaecology, gynae-oncology, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and reproductive medicine. Monash Newborn - our neonatal intensive and special care services - is the largest neonatal service in Australia. Monash Women's Services have close teaching and research partnerships with Monash University and The Ritchie Centre. We are a preferred employer of research active clinical staff in obstetrics and gynaecology. About the Role: As a Senior Registrar (SR) you will be providing outstanding care to our women with the close support of our consultants. In doing so, you will be consolidating your clinical skills towards successfully completing your FRANZCOG training, in particular complex pregnancy care, tertiary birth suite management, ultrasound and general gynaecology. You also have the opportunity to embark on a pre-subspeciality pathway with rotations available in advanced laparoscopic surgery, high risk obstetrics, O&G ultrasound, colposcopy, urogynaecology, gynae-oncology, reproductive endocrinology, general gynaecology and maternal-fetal medicine, or undertake advanced (higher degree) research in partnership with Monash University. Our Obstetrics & Gynaecology Senior Registrars positions can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each successful appointee, with the added flexibility in the daily roster to meet the clinical requirements and maximise each SRs training goals, as the year progresses. Rotations may involve traveling between Monash Women's sites, our partnering hospitals and private settings. All of our positions are geared to the true generalist Obstetrics and Gynaecology advanced trainee, focusing on becoming independent in complex obstetrics care and general gynaecological procedures. Five of these positions could be altered to be geared to those with subspeciality interest, including tertiary obstetrics, specialist endogynaecology, tertiary gynaecology and gynae-oncology. You will be working closely with consultants providing you with the opportunity for structured feedback and career guidance. • Lead safe, high-quality offshore maintenance operations across a fleet of vessels and operational wind farms, ensuring delivery to budget, schedule, and SQDC expectations. • Coordinate all day-to-day offshore activities across the fleet, ensuring effective planning, prioritisation, and execution of operational work scopes. • Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, managing daily coordination, monthly reporting, and alignment on priorities, risks, and mitigations. • Lead and coordinate offshore teams (offshore), vessel operations, and service activities, ensuring effective planning, resourcing, mobilisation, and execution across all work scopes. • Standardise vessel operations and offshore processes across the fleet to improve consistency, efficiency, safety, and performance. • Oversee production-based availability plans and operational strategies to maximise output, strengthen customer and GE synergies, and improve fleet performance. • Ensure vessel readiness and offshore logistics are effectively managed, including technician rotations, material movements, access planning, and response to weather or operational constraints. • Monitor key performance indicators, operational performance, and availability metrics, ensuring transparent reporting, issue resolution, and timely escalation where required. • Lead implementation of response plans, incident investigations, and corrective actions in line with Operator and GE policies. • Champion continuous improvement through Lean principles, process standardisation, lessons learned, and the development of robust operating procedures. • Support recruitment, competence development, authorisation, and performance management for both technical and non-technical offshore roles. • Collaborate closely with engineering, HSE, marine coordination, supply chain, and customer teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support operational success. • Support the development of training frameworks, Safe System of Work governance, and operational systems required for offshore wind maintenance.
