Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for building, leading, coaching, and developing a new team of Inside Sales Consultants focused on driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and increasing market penetration across assigned territories. This role is accountable for achieving team sales objectives through effective leadership, performance management, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution of TCM’s sales strategy.
