• Strategic Paid Traffic Management: Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads — with a strategic view on budget allocation, channel mix and impact on weighted pipeline. • Experimentation and CRO: Design and run a structured routine of A/B tests on landing pages, forms and creatives, focused on increasing conversion at every stage of the funnel — from attraction to qualified MQL. • Advanced Web Analytics: Ensure acquisition data integrity through impeccable tagging, event tracking and analytics governance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager. • Continuous Results Optimization: Monitor and optimize daily the metrics that truly matter to the business: CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV and lead qualification rate — always prioritizing quality, not just volume. • Analysis, Dashboards and Executive Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards with AI support, presenting actionable insights to leadership — clearly distinguishing noise from real opportunity. • Alignment with Sales and RevOps: Work closely with RevOps, BDRs and the Commercial team to ensure lead quality, pipeline health and the connection between acquisition and revenue.
Job Requirements
- Proven, solid experience in Growth, Performance Media or Acquisition, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Operational and strategic mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Technical proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on experience running experimentation frameworks and A/B tests.
- Advanced analytical ability: strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with DataViz tools.
- Hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership, business acumen and revenue focus — not just lead volume.
