Director of Digital Development – Unqork

Ryan Specialty

• Lead, establish and implement the strategic direction for Engineering and Design initiatives. • Lead continuous improvement and transformational projects to improve engineering performance, quality and systems. • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications on the Unqork no‑code platform. • Build and support a digital underwriting workbench application that streamlines Ryan Specialty's entire insurance policy lifecycle. • Budgeting, expense, and personnel management. • Collaborate with other software development leadership throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in software development
  • 5+ years Unqork development
  • 2+ years personnel and team management
